By accessing or using rsn1 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older and must be residents of Indonesia.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rsn1. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on our platform, you explicitly agree to comply with these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of rsn1 Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
To register and maintain an Account with rsn1, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
When registering an Account with rsn1, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not allow any other person to use your Account or share your login credentials. You agree to notify rsn1 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
rsn1 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP - Indonesian identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with rsn1. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any wagers placed, forfeit any winnings, and confiscate any bonus funds. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
rsn1 accepts deposits through various payment methods including Indonesian local banks (BCA - Bank Central Asia, BRI - Bank Rakyat Indonesia, BNI - Bank Negara Indonesia, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified VIP members. All deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 24 hours for verified Accounts during banking business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). VIP members receive priority processing with expedited withdrawal times. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification requirements. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to internal security checks and anti-money laundering procedures. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
rsn1 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet service) may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.
rsn1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the relevant promotional page. Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on Rp 100,000 requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10-20%.
Only one active bonus may be claimed per Player at any given time. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except after meeting all wagering requirements. rsn1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold any winnings, and close your Account if we determine that you are abusing bonus offers or engaging in bonus hunting behavior. Players found to be creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have all Accounts closed and funds confiscated.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to receive promotional communications from rsn1 via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect your eligibility to claim bonuses manually through your Account dashboard.
All sports bets placed on rsn1 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. Bets are accepted on pre-match and live (in-play) markets covering football leagues including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and other global competitions. Asian handicap, over/under, correct score, both teams to score (BTTS), mix parlay (accumulator), and other market types are available. All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the respective governing sports body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules document.
All casino games including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, and other offerings use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the round will be voided and stakes refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rsn1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from system failures, technical malfunctions, interruptions of service, unauthorized access to your Account, errors in game results, or any other technical issues. rsn1 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or acts of God. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with rsn1 Services is to discontinue use of the platform.
All content available on the rsn1 platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces is the property of rsn1 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the rsn1 platform without our express written permission. The rsn1 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using rsn1 Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. rsn1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for Account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, providing false information during registration or verification, abuse of bonuses or promotions, irregular betting patterns, use of prohibited betting systems, failure to provide requested KYC documentation, or any conduct we deem harmful to rsn1 or other Players. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any remaining Account balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of termination. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. After voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you within 30 days following completion of all pending transactions and verifications.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of rsn1 Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. Disputes should be submitted in writing via email to our support team with a detailed description of the issue, relevant Account information, and any supporting documentation. We will investigate all disputes fairly and respond within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia at a location in Indonesia. Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsn1 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rsn1 regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Section headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal effect. rsn1 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our prior written consent.
